Throughout the year, you may have seasonal or festive offers that you are already highlighting on your offers page or on your other digital channels. Using Hotelchamp interactions, you can create a campaign to further promote these offers.

A campaign can differ from your foundational set of Hotelchamp interactions, as you can create consistent messaging across a few different interactions, designed to prompt an action and highlight the offer at the right time of the guest journey.

If you would like to create and implement your own seasonal campaign, there are some key details to think about before you get started.

Details to consider for your campaign:

  • Which holiday or seasonal period will you choose?

  • When will the promotion run? (What is the start and end date?)

  • Who will be eligible for the promotion and are there any other conditions?

  • Are you going to be promoting this on any of your other digital channels?

  • Will you use a promo code, voucher or a link to the rate?
